1-on-1 Skill Training
This is a personal 1-on-1 training session. With this option you will have the coach’s undivided attention and many opportunities to practice the skills and ask questions.
You will receive:

- A customized roadmap designed to help you improve in the desired skill areas

How It Works
Prior to the training session, Liz may ask that the athlete sends video footage of themselves playing. Based on what she sees, she will develop a plan for the athlete that will best meet their individual needs. At the beginning of the training session she will discuss the plan with the athlete and confirm that these are the areas he/she wants to focus on. They begin our training session on whatever skill is needed (attacking, passing, setting, blocking, serving, etc.) Before the end of the session, she will ask athletes if there is anything they’d like to review or practice, which allows for personal choice and reflection. The sessions are fast paced and challenging, but Liz also creates a fun and positive atmosphere that will leave the athlete feeling confident and motivated about their progress.
