How It Works
Prior to the training session, Liz will ask that the athletes send video footage of themselves playing. Based on what she sees, she will develop a plan for each athlete that will best meet their individual needs. At the beginning of the training session she will discuss the plan with the athletes and confirm that these are the areas he/she wants to focus on. They begin training sessions covering whatever skill set is the focus (attacking, passing, setting, blocking, serving, etc.) Before the end of the session, she will ask athletes if there is anything they’d like to review or practice, which allows for personal choice and reflection. The sessions are fast paced and challenging, but Liz also creates a fun and positive atmosphere that will leave the athlete feeling confident and motivated about their progress.
ATTENTION COACHES: Liz understands the importance of coaching, and their importance to the chemistry of the team. She is available to consult coach facilitated practices, as well as run skill camps. Player’s are also encouraged to share profiles and progression charts with team coaches once season begins, if working individually in off season with Liz.
